Braden LLC, a family owned enterprise, was launched in November of 2010 by Sharon, Michael and Joshua Braden of Nashville Tennessee. After having one too many of their friends tell them at dinner parties that their seafood pies were delicious and that they should be sold in stores for everyone to enjoy, they decided to jump right in.
Doc Braden's Creole Seafood Pies™ is the launch product. They were debuted at the Nashville Farmers' Market's "Night Market" with rave reviews from local Nashvillians who were hungry for a delicious seafood product. Along with the "Night Market", the pies were being sold on Saturdays during lunch time at the Nashville Farmers' Market also.
Throughout the winter of 2011 they focused on fine tuning their recipe and getting the word out. Once the spring of 2011 arrived they decided that it was time to branch out. They began selling them at various neighborhood farmers' markets in Nashville thru the fall and again recieved much positive feedback. In November of 2011 they took another step and began selling their pies in local grocery stores around Nashville.
Sharon and Michael Braden personally handcraft each of their seafood pies locally in Nashville, Tennessee. They can be purchased in any quantity at the local Nashville Farmers' Markets where you are likely to run into Michael, Sharon or Joshua, or in 2-Packs in various grocery stores around town.
